Chhavi Rajawat is not a celebrity or a politician. She is different from these positions; she is the Sarpanch of her village, Soda, which is around 60 kms away from Jaipur. She was born in 1977, in small village near Jaipur in Rajasthan, India. She was born in a Rajpoot family. She attended Rishi Valley School, Andhra Pradesh. Then she moved on to Mayo College Girls School and completed her MBA from Lady Shri Ram College located in Delhi.

She outlasted the norm of a village women not being educated and working by earning a MBA degree and working in MNCs like Times of India and Airtel. Today, she is not only a lady Sarpanch of her village, but also the first lady Sarpanch with an MBA degree.
She left her career to help the rural India develop. Her grandfather was the sarpanch of same village 2 decades ago. Her educational and work experience has helped in her life as she socializes well thus helping the village to path of improvement and development. A leading Daily and Media house, The Times of India, addressed Chhavi as the face of change for Rural areas of Rajasthan. She even addressed the Audience of US in Conference over the issue of Poverty. But as it is said, “The biggest quality of time is that, it changes”. A year back in 2014, she and her father were attacked by the goons for dispute over poverty. It is supposedly said, that they asked for police protection, but they were denied. She was honored at the Technology Day Function in New Delhi and credited as “Young Indian Leader” by IBNLive.
Unfortunately, Chhavi is not yet married. She is so much busy in her political career and development of her village that she did not get time to have anyone special in her life. She is a very strong woman and will definitely get someone like her soon. She is one such women on whom India is very proud.Related posts:
