    I have enjoyed following your training for an iron man videos. I know you want to do the iron man looking like a body builder, but in your honest opinion how much better do you think you would go as a 180 pounder instead of 215. I have been up and down in weight depending on how much I have restricted my cardio, but my best endurance results have always been between 180 – 184 pounds and i’m 185 cm tall.
