Michael is the son of Paul from his first wife Paula.  He is the younger son of Paul and he has two more brothers who have joined the Orange County Chopper before Michael. One of his brothers Paul Teutul is the chief fabricator of the company and the general manager of the brand is another brother Paul Teutul Jr. They also have a sister, who is a nurse by profession.
